Dory stepped into the Lodge and mingled among the early arriver's. She made her
way to the bar and ordered a drink; she was looking the place over for the woman she
met the night before. Dismayed at not seeing her, she sipped the drink the bartender
placed before her. The whiskey mingled with the White Russian and sent a jolt of
warmth throughout her body. Sometime later tonight that combination would remind
her of the cardinal rule of drinking, stick to one drink and one drink only. But for now
that rule was obscured by the need to forget the prior hour spent at the campfire.

More used the night life of Dallas, this was tame in comparison. Dory was the one
who would drag Rachel out to the clubs after Rachel had put in 12 hour days. Dory
had one rule and one rule only. Rachel was not allowed to talk about work. It bored
her. All that legal talk was just too much for her to pay attention too. Besides there
was just so much more than just work. After all she didn't bore Rachel with the dull and
repetitive banking transactions that she attended to on a daily basis.

She looked around at the Lodge and was disappointed in all the flannel and sweat-
shirted females that mingled. She was more into a splashy, fashioned environment.

Someone brushed against her and she felt soft lips gently blow on the nape of her
neck. It sent electric impulses throughout her body. And she turned to look into the
blue gold-flecked eyes of the singer she met the night before. Not one to be usually
shy, she stood there in amused silence. Dory cocked her head and narrowed her eyes
as she smiled.

“I knew you would be back," Lindy laughed seductively.

“Now how would you have known that?" Dory sipped her drink.

“Because, I know you want me." Lindy pulled Dory close and brushed her lips against
her ear, down her neck and finally found what she was searching for, Dory's lips. Lindy
mouth was soft and sensuous and it took control, she sought, fought and conquered
the impasse that Dory tried to create. One minute Dory was just tolerating the kiss, the
next second she felt as if the floor had fallen from beneath her and she was
responding to a passion that she had never experienced. It engulfed her; like a white
flame and she was breathlessly taken to a place she had not been before. The kiss
ended abruptly and she felt off balance again by this woman. Lindy narrowed her eyes
and pulled away and Dory fell back on the bar stool behind her. Dory raised her hand
and touched her lips that had been seared by Lindy.

“Who are you?" Dory asked in wonderment as she tried to reorient herself to her
surroundings.

“Name is Lindy," Lindy came closer and whispered in Dory's ear. "Bet you're wet".
Then the tall singer walked toward the back of the Lodge and grabbed her guitar and
started to do a mic check and guitar tuning.

Dory felt her face flush both with the kiss and the acknowledgement of what Lindy had
whispered was true. She could feel it. The warmth between her legs, the tingling, the
tautness of her nipples. She had almost come just from the kiss. This was totally
outrageous. There was no one that was a bigger flirt than Dory.

That was rule number two, Dory could flirt all she wanted, she could dance the night
away with whomever she wanted, she could drink as much as she wanted, but the one
line that was never to be crossed was, she couldn't sleep with anyone else. And for
the last ten years she had abide by that rule. After all Rachel was the one with all the
money, the connections, and the lifestyle. Dory could do what she wanted whenever
she wanted; she just had to be faithful. A very small price to pay for the life she has
become accustomed to. Rachel was adamant about that. Their relationship was never
to be a threesome at any point. Flirting was allowed, sex outside their relationship was
out of bounds. That was never a problem, drinking helped to take that edge away,
Dory just kept the image of the key to her home that she had whenever temptation
reared its ugly head. Dory watched as Lindy swayed seductively on stage and she felt
her body respond to every movement the singer made. With a shaking hand Dory
gulped the rest of the whiskey and slammed the glass back on the oak bar and
hoarsely ordered a double.

Kim walked in through the back door and headed to the control booth. Nell followed
her after giving the bartender the high sign for drinks for them both. The panel was lit
up in a second, the lights flipped on and the remote to the jukebox as hit and the show
for the night was to begin. Kim popped her head out the door and gave Lindy a
whistle. Lindy sauntered off the stage and handed Kim a play list for the night.

"Damny gurl, you even printed big so's I could read without my specs" Kim laughed.

“Anything for my Kimmy" Lindy purred seductively. Nell stood behind Kim with a cold
smile pasted on her face. Lindy nodded toward her and blew her a kiss as she walked
back onto the stage.

Nell took the drinks from Wendy and settled back in the control booth and watched
Kim work. The act on stage did not interest her as much as her partner's movements.
Kim was good on the mixer. Hell she was good on just about everything she put her
hands on. Including when she put her hands on Nell. The thought brought a smile to
Nell's lips as she sipped on her drink and swayed to the music. Nell held the glass to
Kim's lips as she worked the sound board and adjusted the lights. "Thanks babe,
sometimes I wish I had a third hand" Kim laughed.

“Hmmm, a third hand huh. Now that is an intriguing thought." Nell said in her hushed
Georgia accent.

Kim didn't miss a beat, “One for the tit, one for the clit, and one for the slit".

"Ohhhhh baby, you know I like it when you get a kinky on me" Nell breathed into Kim's
ear.

“Baby it's a two hour show, after that......." Kim chuckled as she worked the lights.
