Kim was lying in a lounge chair, snuggled under a beach towel she was using as a
blanket against the chill of the morning air. Nell pulled up in the cart and parked in the
black topped driveway they had between their camper and Terri and Jesse's. Kim
popped her head out from under the towel and took a peek as Nell climbed up the
steps to their deck. All it took was one look at Nell's face and Kim knew that
somewhere, somehow, shit had hit the fan. Nell sank down on the lounge chair before
Kim and just closed her eyes. She needed a moment to gather her self together and
put some perspective on what had happened with Lindy.

When Nell opened her eyes, there was a large glass of OJ beside her. She absently
smiled at the gesture. Nell picked up the glass and held it with both hands and looked
over the rim at Kim, "Lindy pushed the limits with one of Lou’s young cooks!" Nell
began. Kim sat back in her lounge chair and waited for what else was coming. Nell
brushed her hair absently from her face. Her fingers gently probed the tender spot that
Lindy had marked a little earlier.

It was then that Nell looked directly at Kim. "I told her that I knew you'd fucked her."

Kim looked surprised and relieved at the same time. Nell wasn't ranting or raving, she
was just as calm as she could be. It was like they were discussing who was going to
go pickup the groceries and who was picking up the dry cleaning. It was a normal
conversation. No drama. Kim waited.

"Kim, I know that we never really talked about things like boundaries and rules, I
always thought we were way past that after all the shit that we've gone through
together." Nell flashed that ever gracious and charming southern smile. "But Kimmy
darlin'....today is the day! I realize we are all now swimming in this Olympic-sized
estrogenic pool we created here at the park. I’ve always known when you fucked
around. I never said anything about it before. I am not asking you to change. I am not
asking you to choose. I am asking you to think. I love you. It is that simple. I don't
have a need to bed every woman I see, I don't want to. I only want to be with you."

Kim waited a few minutes. She looked at the deck floor; she glanced over toward the
shed. Finally she just shook her head. "What do you want me to do? Do you want me
to promise something?"

Nell shook her head no. Now Kim was totally perplexed. “Soooo you don't want me to
promise I won't do anyone else, you don't want me to change and you are not asking
me to choose you over everyone else.....I am confused....just what do you want?"

"Kimmy darlin', I know you'll figure it out." Nell smiled softly as she stood up to enter
the trailer. Kim was up in a flash though and blocked the doorway. "Ummm......I just
wanted to warn you...I fixed breakfast." Kim began nervously. "I think I should go in
first." Kim said as she turned and entered the camper.

When Nell walked in, she could definitely tell that some sort of culinary accident had
happened in the trailer.

On the table on top of the Sunday paper was a skillet with the remnants of eggs still
dried on the rim. There was a carton of OJ between the burners of the stove, a half
empty carton of eggs now lay in the sink and the tub of margarine had somehow
landed on the floor. Thank god the lid was still on.

"Kim," Nell asked wearily "Why are there eggshells on the bathroom floor?"

"Well.....I was fixing breakfast....I had the whisk in a bowl in one hand and a couple of
eggs in the other....and I had this sudden call of nature......so I was trying to get my
sweatpants down with the hand that had the eggs in.....and it was one of those prairie
dog sorta situations ...I sorta dropped one....er.. maybe two eggs....." Kim began as
she headed toward the bathroom.

Nell sighed as she reached under the cabinet for the spray cleaner and grabbed the
roll of paper towels from it's holder on the counter. Kim quickly relived her of the
cleaning supplies and went to work on the bathroom. Nell picked up the skillet from the
table and looked questioningly at Kim. "I ate out of the pan so's not to dirty a dish."
Kim said rationally.

Nell gathered up all the breakfast items and put them safely away in the fridge and
then drew a sink of suds and washed up the dishes. With much practiced efficiency
she went from chore to chore until the area was it's sparkling clean self again.
Satisfied that the kitchen was back in order, Nell headed through the bathroom to their
bedroom on the other side. Kim blocked her way there as well. Nell just shook her
head and braced herself for whatever catastrophe was to greet her.

Nell was amazed. The bed was made. Well it was made Kimmy fashion which meant
that the covers were pulled up and the pillows were basically at the top of the bed. The
clothes were all picked up and though they were not in the hamper, technically, they
were on top of it. "Kimmy, you picked up the bedroom!" Nell exclaimed.

Kim ducked her head and smiled. "I had to take a break after this....I hadn't gotten to
the kitchen yet."

Nell just smiled as she pulled back the covers, and of course, there was Kim's
crushable outback hat in the middle of it.

"Kim......darlin....." Nell purred with that soft southern accent. "Why don't you put yer
hat on...." she smiled and winked as she pulled the covers further back on the bed.

"Yes Ma'am!!!!!!!!!!" Kim practically jumped into bed and grabbed the hat.

Nell smiled as she reached above her and opened the naughty cupboard. Kim
whooped as she turned on the music.......loud............it wasn’t long until the camper
was rocking…..literally!
